They have made me feel a lot better, but I hear they are bad long-term. Should I stick with them or quit ASAP?

I've read that jewpills are laced with estrogen, cause erectile dysfunction, low sperm count, etc.

I’m

taking them cuz If I don’t I go actually crazy like pscho, sweat uncontrollably and my mind explodes

idk but might have to go on them soon. Maybe lower the dosage or frequency so you don't become dependent or build a tolerance

your call hombre

How long have you been taking them? Virtually all studies do not cover more than a couple of years, and for this time span they seem to be fine. we basically do not have data to say whether they are bad or not if taken for many years.

Idk. I would since I’d avoid medication unless really necessary but I’m not sure of your situation.

i use them sporadically

No.

There will be no long-term for you if you rope in 2 months.

What do you mean rope in 2 months?
Brutally stopping long-term anti-depressant treatment will make you fall into a massive depression and you'll kill yourself (or do stupid stuff that would send you in jail or in mental hospital).

If you start taking anti-depressants, you can't brutally stop taking them without a big price to pay in terms of mental health.

So you have to choose : either you take them for a very long time, either you don't take them at all. There's no middle. Make a choice and stay in this choice.

If you already take them and are willin to stop taking them, you have to discuss this with a psychiatrist who will explain you how to lower the anti-depressant dose little by little until you are able to completely stop taking it.

It's not aspirin you're taking.

I quit because i cant depend on pills forever
I just used them when i had strong depressive periods and i needed to get things done.

Thanks for the info, I sort of knew this already, but didn’t know how critical abruptly quitting was

You are depressed because aren't honest with yourself and you aren't being as you truly genuinely honestly wants to be .
You are living according to what make you loved by others not to you as yourself truly love to be .
Anti depression is a scam that make you dazzled and hinder you from being your true authentic self so you serve society illusions and lies .:dab:
