Get an electric and plug it into am Amp sim

As long as you wear headphones the noise will be minimal, and you can jam away.

It's a great cope, but take your time starting out and learn the basic chords first. Justin guitar has a good course starting out.

(Also if you do this you'll need to get a focusrite or something similar to plug in to your computer. And software like reaper and Amp sims as well.)
