I mean, even if I lose weight, with my current level of fat it would be quite some effort. My face isn't fat anyway, but I got this big ass, huge belly and fat ass.

It's not like I'd be able to be with a woman anyway. I have various mental problems, depression for like a decade, avoidant personality disorder and other shit. I'm poor in a poor country. I have bad health and a past filled with regret, self-sabotage and humiliation caused by nothing but my own stupidity.

Would it even matter?

Yes. Losing weight will improve your health. I don't know if it will help with foids, tho.

Losing weight didn't raise my SMV that much but I don't regret doing it. You do feel better overall.

But not eating as much as you want makes you miserable though, doesn't it?

May as well go all out, and if it fails you can rope. Just one year of doing everything you can. Gymmaxx crimemaxx and come to terms with your past.

Absolutely, but there's a way to get both sensations.

Lose a bunch of weight like I did, and get to a point where you're at a healthy weight. Then, have a binge day once a week or once every two weeks. Plan ahead to pick what you're craving. Last binge day, I had a large pizza hut pizza and a tub of ice cream. One day won't throw off a properly disciplined schedule. That way, you don't become desensitized to the dopamine that the food gives, and you don't actually see any weight gain.

I see. That would be worth it if not being fat had other benefits except health. But seeing as I'm doomed to be the bottom of the social barrel, I'll probably just try to get diabetes and die as quick as possible.

Lose weight for yourself, not because some girl might find you attractive.

This is what I do. Also a good strategy is to have less and less of the stuff you crave with each cheat day until eventually you can cut that stuff out completely.

Yes. Literally, all you ought to do is eat lesser portions and avoid junk food as much as you can. Adhering to a specific diet is pointless, since I've been losing 5 kg/month with this method. Also, water is a good appetite suppressant.

iifym bro, if you can control yourself

Yes, I was a fatcel and even thought losing weight didnt get me girls I'm still glad I lost it.
