prices depends on the country, where i live it's dirt cheap compared to the West (US, EU, Canada, Australia and all other Western world)
in my country they only sell 5mg pills, no 1mg available, so i take 5mg per day.

I already take multi vitamin which includes zinc but as for the tamoxifen, what will it do?

The zinc in the multivitamin, I don't think it's enough, you should get 10mg of zinc or more. As for tamoxifen, it is a lot stronger as it is a medication, it should be used more cautiously than a supplement, it inhibits estrogen as well, but way too much.

We kurds normally drink a lot of tea daily, so the 10mg of zinc should be fine right? But why do i have to take zinc? Will it resist estrogen or something?

Zinc will inhibit some of the aromatizaton of test into estrogen, that means more free test since you're already killing your 5ar enzymes and not producing DHT. 30mg of zinc may be ideal, boron might help as well.

Those side effects are temporary when you first start finasteride apparently, but for some they’re permanent. 2 weeks isn’t enough time to know which responder you are. Come back in 2 more weeks before you decide.

I've been taking fin since 2023 and it stopped my hair fall quite noticeably. My hair has also gotten thicker but i recieve sides My energy is low, my libido is low and my mind is foggy. But i'm used to it now.

I understand but i don't know my doctor predcribed 1mgs a day im not sure what she'll say if i lowered it down to 0.5mg and another problem is i have puberty gynecomastia

Just buy a pill cutter. You don't need permission to lower your dosage lol. Fin isn't dosage dependent, there's not much difference in efficacy between 5mg and 0.5mg for example.

I forgot to say, you should take a 10:1 zinc - copper ratio, you don't want it unbalanced, for example 3mg of copper for 30 of zinc.
