She's a platonic friend I've known for less than a year who's done some nice things for me. About three months ago she declined my invitation to the movies, saying she had to attend to family, after which I resolved to cease all communication with her. As petty as it sounds, I have neither the time nor the energy to waste in being disappointed with multiple flakes.
From here on out, chicks get one and only one time to flake on me, legitimate excuses not withstanding. The only problem is, us having mutual (male) friends could lead to some awkward situations as you might imagine. I know she has zero interest in me sexually, but would like to keep me firmly plated in her orbit as a friend.
She contacted me today for the first time since the rejection, and I know she's been in touch with mutual friends since then. What should I do boyos?
