humm, I don't think that would work tbh. As far as I know the only way for them to honor a choice like that would be to have sign a DNR via advance directive form or just by letting your doctor know so they put it in your chart.
It means when you are dying they won't try to do cpr, and other shit to bring you back. Fun fact, 75% of doctors do not wish to be resuscitated on their future deathbeds
