5 min from work and own pool+gym sounds nice. I don't know if you should get it, what is important to you? To me, sunlight in the room is important (-> window not to the north), not too much traffic noise, and a neighborhood that does not look like shit. Have you compared the price/sqfoot to other apartments? (some apartments are overpriced, in this case I would look for something different).

Generally, (if you're not oldcel) I would strongly advise to move into/create a shared apartment with people you like, instead of getting a bachelor pad like this. This way you have at least company to feel less lonely, and you enlarge your social circle, which improves your chances with girls.
