Anyone here know the cheapest surgery with the lowest risk of error for your nose or is it even worth it? I had to get plastic surgery on my nose due to a dog attack that took part of nose off. Skin grafts reattachment and crazy shit.

The fucked part of getting plastic surgery is YOU are never happy with it, almost never. Nobody else notices what you see when you look in the mirror at your little imperfections that someone else cast upon you. When you start shifting things little by little itnfollows you around. It can easily become a sickness. Nobody can tell I was attacked by a dog now but it bothers me every day

I guess I’m just saying be careful and consider the mental part of it
