There is a girl on Instagram that I dislike. I don’t know her personally but her entire behavior pisses me off. She is obsessed with a male artist and she literally goes to all of his concerts. She basically camps outside the area several hours before it opens so that she can stand near the stage. She is pathetic. She’s ugly as fuck too. She’s like 17 or 18 but is fat and looks like a middle aged woman. I want to tell her how pathetic she is and how unhealthy this is for her mind. Maybe even tell her to kill herself. She has basically created a parasocial relationship with him. I want to create a fake Instagram account and do this. I’m scared it could be considered harassment, though. What if she reports me to the police?

I doubt you will be arrested for harassing a random person on a burner account but honestly this sounds like it would be a waste of time. She probably has mental illnesses that make her behave like that, so it would just be bullying at the end of the day.
