For edits, I've heard you can flip an image horizantally to prevent it from being reverse image searched. Another alternative if that is somehow wrong (I haven't checked personally, but you can double check by trying it out yourself and then uploading the pic to yandex/tineye/etc) is to go to dezgo (decent site for AI image shit), go to the Image Editing section, upload your image, bump the image guidance up to somewhere near its max value, and then add some shitty prompt that won't change the image much like "blue lighting" to create a new but still similar picture, though this might take a few times to get it right plus it takes a while for even one edited image to be generated (it would be faster if you can do it locally, and apparently you can, but if you can't it should still be good enough).
