It won't have breast slider or even height slider (that's a rumour i can't confirm it just yet), plus it has censored outfits. Only version that contain all of that plus uncensored outfits is on PC, you can mix both JP and NA versions of a game and also support 4k resolution and also super fast running (trust me you will need it).
But if you don't mind being chestlet, average height and have few censored outfits, while also receive QOL and probably new content then Switch version will be the best. It also has new face textures but i have mixed feelings about it.

is xenoblade chronicles x good for a jrpg?
It's fine but it has too much running so i have never finished it or even reached point where you get a mech (played for 14h, you get mech at around 30h), it feels like playing a sp mmorpg with bad pacing and boring quests. Combat was never fun or engaging you just wait for animations to play out and spam abilities over and over again and press button while game rolls QTE for bonus dmg and few other buffs.
