Sry neets and wagecucks this probably won't help you. 30k€ Dr. Betz in Germany, Dr. Guichet in France, but there is at least one US doctor as well.
The optimal leg (measured from perineum to sole) to upper body (height minus leg) ratio is roughly 1:1. (in the mid between between figure 4 (the average) and figure 5 (one standard deviation above). Subtract from you upper body your leg length to see how many centimeters you can get without going full lanklet. Tell me all three numbers in the comments, if you like. I am interested who here is a real manlet and who just has short legs. (potential lifefuel)
The researchers used leg to total body height ratio.
Even a ratio of 0,521 still looks not to unreasonable.
LBRs were: 0.447, 0.462, 0.477, 0.491, 0.506, 0.521 and 0.535
