My parents live downstairs, I live upstairs. They keep the temperature at 80 degrees. The issue is hot air rises so it gets super hot in my room but it's still cold as fuck where they sleep.

Funny thing is that when it's hot they genuinely don't turn the AC on and I'm sweating while being half naked with just shorts on.
