Sexually conservative society: basically what it was in biblical times. Adultery is punished by stoning, unchaste foids are honor killed by their families, trying to seduce a man's daughter or wife could very likely get you beat up, or killed, porn is strictly banned and looking at it or possesing it is punishable by a heavy fine and/or imprisonment, prostitution is tolerated as a necessary evil, no casual dating or relationships, only arranged marriages, "race-mixing" is highly stigmatized, all foids pretty much dress like this:

Genuinely sexually liberal society: this would not be like the society we have now. Women would still be allowed to whore around freely and dress in anyway they want or even be nude in public. However, 'rape' would be punishable in the same way as denting someone's car or running over their mailbox, groping and fondling foids anywhere would be legal and socially accepted. AOC laws are totally non-existent. Prostitution is fully legal with no restrictions. Porn of all kinds (including child porn) is fully legal and very easily accessible.

The latter option wouldn't be like the society we have now (a vaginal tyranny) where prostitution is forbidden, where MeToo and baseless "rape" accusations run rampant, where merely approaching foids to talk to them can land you in jail, "sex offender" registries, etc. It would be highly 'liberal,' but it would be an even playing field more or less.
