It's all more hypocritical when you consider it was women who asked for the sexual revolution. When the "patriarchy" was in charge, modesty and propriety was what men wanted in a woman. It was women themselves who told men that was oppressive and that they had a right to flaunt their sexuality as they pleased, and now they want to make it criminal for men to look at women as sexual entities.

Objectifying, however, isn't. Objectifying is the idea of merely wanting to fuck, then discard, with complete disregard for their personhood (thoughts, feelings, aspirations etc. - all that bullshit).

Sexualizing somebody can be done without objectifying them.
