Personally, I'd get rid of the sex drive. My reasoning is simple: freedom from an unnecessary nuisance. Cures are better than treatments.

Yeah this is no small feat but I'd say it's worth the effort. As for specific ideas right now, I have nothing concrete. Just continue work on the connectome and specifically determining the function of each connection. And continue developing targeted drug delivery or nanomachines may be better.
