If you don’t like sex workers because of the sole fact they sell sex, and your main concern is finding a woman who doesn’t have a history of sex work, let’s face it - It’s practically impossible to find an adult female virgin in western society. Unless you’ve known the woman for your entire life and watched her every movement, there’s no way for you to surely know who she has slept with, or how many she has slept with

The definition of a “sex worker” - A person who provides sexual services in exchange for compensation

In context of “sex work”, the occurrence of “compensation” can be interpreted in various ways - It can be financial, and it can be non-financial. The word “compensation” describes an event in which something is given or received as a form of "payment" or "reparation" in respect to a service or loss:

Payment as a form “compensation”: It can be defined by the act to give something in exchange for a product or service. Payment can be direct, such as a direct economic transaction from Person A to Person B. It can also be indirect, like Person B receiving permission from Person A to use Person A’s economic resources

Reparation as a form “compensation”: It can be defined by the act of making amends for a previous wrong that was done to someone

Moreover, "payment" and "reparation" don't necessarily constitute "compensation via financial exchange”, and various things other than money can be exploited to attain the outcome of “compensation” in respect of sexual services:

Blackmail - Person A could have “blackmail” material on Person B which is a threat to Person B’s socio-economic situation. So Person A could offer “compensation” to Person B by the REPARATION of destroying the “blackmail” material, in exchange for a sexual service provided by Person B to Person A. In this example, an amend would be made for a previous wrong that was done – The acquisition or/and threat to use of “blackmail” material is the wrong that was done; the destruction or deletion of the “blackmail” material is the amend that would be made to that wrongdoing

Genetics – Person A is a high SMV male, Person B is a female. Person A could offer “compensation” to Person B by his high-quality genetics in the form of his “seed”, to the “egg” that is possessed in the reproductive system of Person B, in exchange for a sexual service provided by Person B to Person A. In this example, a PAYMENT is being made, and this payment is eugenic – Person A is providing his “seed” with high-quality genetics to Person B who possesses the “egg” in which the “seed” can fertilize and cultivate to become a new human with high-quality genetics, in exchange for sexual intercourse

Promotion to a higher position (in a company or organization) – Person B allows Person A to fuck. Person A OFFERS or GRANTS a promotion to Person B in exchange. This causes Person B to ascend in the hierarchy of the company / organization, and will also enable Person B to increase her income or salary. In this case PAYMENT is economical – Person B is compensated with a promotion that will allow Person B to earn more MONEY and have more POWER in the company

Granting a job offer or career opportunity – Person B allows Person A to fuck. Person A OFFERS or GRANTS a career opportunity to Person B in exchange for the sexual service. This allows Person B to pursue a career they otherwise might have never had the chance to pursue. In this case PAYMENT is economical – Person B is compensated with a career opportunity that will allow Person B to earn MONEY and pursue an ambition based on their desired career path

Escape from punishment - Person B is a woman who may be in danger of punishment from Person A who has the authority or power to punish her. Person A can OFFER to release Person B of the punishment that she otherwise would have received, in exchange for a sexual service from Person B. Instead Person B could OFFER sexual services to Person A in exchange for Person B to be released from danger of punishment. As punishment is usually delivered in response to crime or misconduct, this REPARATION would be social and economic – Person B is compensated with release from danger of punishment, which would remove restrictions on Person B’s ability to interact with the social world, remove restrictions on their ability to access their economic resources, and may allow them to escape worse living conditions (aka prison)

In short, any act of providing sex in exchange for a certain “payment” or “reparation” is the equivalent of “sex work”. By this definition a “sex worker” is not strictly limited to the interest of financial supplement. If she offers or provides sexual services in the interest of genetic preservation, destruction of blackmail, job promotions, career opportunities or escape from punishment, her actions will correspond to sex work. The context of “sex work” is not restricted to financial exchange. The context of “sex work” is much wider than people realize; it can be applied to various circumstances, social, economic and eugenics. The essence of “sex work” is to provide sex as a service in exchange for some payment or reparation that would satisfy the provider of sex. It means the “sex worker” will serve themselves through sex in order to obtain some net benefit, through payment or reparation that would be made to them in exchange for the sexual service. The criteria for “being a sex worker” can categorize many more women in the world who don’t formally offer sex in exchange for money. It can categorize women who offer sex to men for reasons related to the SMV (or genetic traits) of the men for who she shows a sexual interest. It can categorize women who have provided sex in order to have “blackmail” material destroyed. It can categorize women who have provided sex to receive a job promotion or career opportunity

TLDR A sex worker is not strictly a person who provides sexual services in exchange for finance. A sex worker can also provide services in exchange for something other than money that would benefit her in some way, like promotions, career opportunities, destruction of blackmail, genetic preservation etc.
