2 reasons:

"Nobody owes you anything" mentality that stems from a hostile, radically individual/capitalistic multicultural environment. Nobody wants to help their neighbors out and form tight knit communities the way they do in ethnically and religiously homogeneous places in the world. That's where ideas like arranged marriage come from that saves incels from a life of loneliness. It doesn't exist in the west because that sort of trust and bond in your community is completely gone. The nuclear family was a way to break away from multigenerational households so Jews could have more influence over kids via TV and internet while mom and dad were out working. Now they're trying to get rid of families and gender completely to turn us into amorphous blobs of meat.

Another reason is because it's not really a need, you can live without sex forever, although technically you're barely living life and I think most people would agree a life with no sex isn't a life worth living. However, there's always a plausible case that no particular woman owes you her vagina therefore redistributing vaginas = slavery.
