Remember the garbage that said anyone can rise to the top & your CV doesn't define you... Well amigos I'm afraid to say it does... If you don't have the right qualification, skill set, work experience, work place history it's very much over for you should you wish to rise to the top in your selected field.

This also applies to the dating world which I see great similarity with the working world.

1. Specifications NOT "game" is what wins it.
2. People are rushed for time & do not give a shit for your trying to impress them if you don't have the goods on display at first glance.
3. People are more intolerant, angry, aggrieved, sceptical, cynical & just self indulgent. Why should they allow you to impress them in pitching yourself to them when they can easily look elsewhere & see that they have a whole line of sycophants wanting to join etc.
4. To fuck you over they'll send you on a battery of tests & interviews just to see if you're a sucker (not eager or enthusiastic but a naive sucker) enough to still carry on trying & still getting rejected. Obviously in the dating world they'll call the cops for "muh harassment"...

I have always thought in these terms, indeed. Writing cover nice and flowery letters, perfecting the best interview questions, it´s just all a big cope. To get a job today you have to hope to be either the most qualified applicant, or more importantly, you have to pray every deity in the universe there´s no femoid at the interview table.

Tests, assessments are useless, it´s just mental retardation dished out by (((inhuman))) resources, which coincidentally it´s mostly made up of femoids. It´s been shown that interview performance has little to no predictive value at assessing future performance on a real-world work setting. Recruitment process has turned to shit almost in the timeframe in which dating became a scammy minefield, such an occurrence can´t possibly be a mere coincidence.

They want to put overqualified PhD people pushing two buttons four times a day, it´s ridicolous. It´s very similar to femoids requiring only chad to give sex at an acceptable rate. And there´s also another paradox, people actually in the workforce keep receiving job offers although they´re already employed. Isn´t that much different from people having sex frequently (chads) getting sex offered even more often, is it?

Yes I've noticed. ALL to nearly ALL HR personnel are either women or gay men.

They base their questioning & interrogation style upon your looks I reckon. You can't escape really. They want to skype & whatsapp with you prior to putting you forward for any jobs. Prime example of assessing what you look like...
