Do you play video games to in pursuit of validation, trying to assure yourself youre "good" at something, because the outside world doesnt validate or admire you in any way?


If you get angry a lot in games, youre probably the 2nd type. Trying to validate yourself that you're better than others, and when you lose, getting angry that your assumptions/expectations that you were the best didnt pan out :/

Very rarely ,I only really enjoy games I've already played. Every once in a while there is something special I enjoy, but im just too tired and old to get into new things. I tried that newest monster hunter on PC - couldn't get into it.

I am clearly the second type. I really hate when I lost or if my team doesn't play seriously because its "its jUsT A gAme Lol". I just hate wasting my time on just losing idk. But I don't rage I just talk to myself.
