Selfloathing and selfhatred sabotages me but I feel so strongly that I deserve the punishment and suffering 24/7 that I can not just stop doing it cause I feel like I dont deserve getting away from it even for a second.

Instead of thinking you deserve the punishment you should be thinking anyone who has caused you to feel that way should deserve the punishment 100 fold. Don’t take your anger out on yourself
