I thought it was just mostly social anxiety holding me back.

A coworker of mine is pretty kind, they always ask me "How are you? What did you do during the weekend? What will you eat for lunch?"

I appreciate the kindness, but sometimes I wish they could shut the fuck up. Maybe that's normal, idk. I often hear that people don't like overly social coworkers or something.
