take a notebook and start writing your darkest thoughts. Find some music that fits your mental state and express them exactly as you see them. No one will ever know. Cry as much as you need to, destroy some things and let go of your anger, ironically this will make you less depressed and resentful.You´ll be able to have fun again Don´t underestimate the power of acceptance.
