Nobody wakes up one day and has a low self esteem it comes from constant negative evaluation consistent failure and being mogged all the time eventually you’re gonna start having a low opinion on yourself just like how people that are good looking , high IQ , talented , etch have high self esteems because all they’ve ever had is positive evaluation
