Gonna go all in on Effortmaxxing, Everyday when I log into this site I simply ignore doing what I'm supposed to and just waste another day on my phone. Fuck phone addiction.

Just gonna spend my days:

Exercising
Eating correctly (tons of animal foods, no more grains, sugar and vegetables)
Start learning stuff
Gonna start trying to improve my messed up speech
Nofap
Getting enough sunlight (I haven't spent anytime outside this summer except for when walking to stores), I know how important sunlight is I just can't stand being outside unless I'm drunk.
Doing Eye exercises
In the spare time of the day I'm just gonna watch great films
