Reading the rules rn. Do people normally create their own policy tiles for each game or are there existing ones that can be reused?
Only fascists have policy tiles.
the standard policy board for the fascists looks like this :
for the liberals it always looks like this
The fascists win when 6 fascists policies are enacted or Hitler gets voted for chancellor after 3rd fascist policy
The liberals win when 5 liberal policies are enacted or Hitler gets shot
