Yeah I have to go through lots of social vetting, I can't play foreigner game. Filipinas have shitloads of orbiters and are on their phones all the time, they only reply. When I stop initiating, everything stops. That's when the realization hit me that I might as well program my own NPCs, at least they have better dialogue options when you hit the spacebar/enter or the dualshock interact button.
