The ending to that book's pretty cucked tbh. Scrooge becomes "like a second father" to Tiny Tim and this somehow causes him to not die at a young age. The implication being that it's somehow Scrooge's fault that Tiny Tim was going to die, so Scrooge has a moral obligation to raise Bob Cratchett's children.
