Yoo was a mentally unstable man who believed the government was after him. He started shooting flares out of his windows, with some landing near a school and a park. This led to the police being called, resulting in a standoff.


The police surrounded his house and brought in a breaching truck. As they were about to enter, Yoo rigged his home with gasoline and caused a massive explosion, destroying the house and killing himself.
