he was in his late 60s, old enough to get pension from government
he was so fucked up mentally from living in germany that he didnt wash himself anymore and slept in piss and shit next to toilet

In major German cities the streets are full of homeless people and migrant gangs.
They sleep at stops, train stations, in the corners, some lie there and you are not sure if they are alive.
