Was walking down the stairs in an apartment complex couple days ago early morning, heard some crying and whimpering coming down from the stairs below mine. I looked and saw a girl red-faced and crying held against the wall by her boyfriend. The boyfriend saw me when the girl turned her head to look at me, he then opened the door into the hallway and pushed her into it, closing the door behind him. I quickly hurried down the stairs. When I reached the door, I realized that I was in no way an accessory to this and couldn't be charged so I went back to my friend's apartment and asked him about this, apparently it happens once in a while. Cops have been there, but the man manages to come back and the cycle repeats.
