Samshit, they have never made a good product. They make good components though, their software is trash though.

I have a Samsung M33 5G. I only need to charge my phone only like twice or thrice a day even though I use it constantly. When I have a busy day one charge is morning is enough to get me through the day. Ricecels sure know how make good tech.
