-10,000 Chechens who were ready to go need to be in there + 60,000 other Chechens getting ready
-Belarus army in the fight or time to take out their leader and put in someone who will go in

-Russia's allies Iran, Syria need to push unbelievably hard in the Middle East now.. create a crisis where a bunch of oil goes offline. If they don't do anything and Russia goes down then the West will be coming for them but they won't have Russia's support

-Russia under massive economic attack has to play their cards of stopping oil exports and turning off the natural gas to Europe.

Brutal reality.. if Christian Russians are too scared to fight, but Islamic Russians are ready and eager to fight and take war brides, the Moscow government has to throw Christianity under the bus and go Muslim.

They're better off being Muslim so russian foids would be deservedly put in their right place.

Ya I thought they would have learned the Russians, but they tried to double down on Orthodox Christianity which predictably didn't really work.

Now they are going to have to get the Muslims to help save them here.

It's getting real tempting to go mercenary in this conflict. I don't want to see the inside of a CIA black site cell, but if other countries get pulled into in the coming months, SHEEEEEEEEEEEIT.

The Saudis said not our war and not increasing oil output. $6.00 gas in California real soon. With that, most everything going up in cost.

Brace ourselves, only purchase what is needed. That means no new video games! Sh*t hitting fan fast as 80% of populace going broke.

Invest in oil. Get in now, before this war shoots the price of crude oil into the stratosphere.

And that breaking point will be when people just start openly stealing gas and there won't be enough police resources for the authorities to care

One idea: Print extra money to subsidize the cost of gas and food.

The terribly sad thing is that so, so many people honestly believe this to be a good idea.

If any other nations get involved in ground fighting other than Russians themselves in Ukraine that would be a pretext for World War III, it would only make sense if Europe declared military war against Russia. By now Russia probably has half the country under their direct control, I wouldn't worry about it. :feelsjuice:

Iran wants to ramp up its oil production and exports with the nuclear deal.

Syria is not oil exporter.

Russia won't go down even if their invasion in Ukraine fails and they withdraw from there.

Iran does not have Russia's support in acquiring nuclear weapons.

"West" won't be "coming to them" (Syria), Assad don't need to worry about that. I hope he won't get aid money either from the "West". I support total non-intervention. Russia wants West to intervene and reconstruct Syria and pay for the Syrian population explosion to continue after the war, which was caused by too high population compared to the carrying capacity of the land. Syrian population growth was very rapid and massive in the decades leading to the civil war. Russia caused much destruction but do not want to help. Putin just trained his army for other operations. They rotated lots of forces there in order to gain experience.

WHY DO YOU SUPPORT RUSSIA'S INVASION OF UKRAINE? WHY?
@WizardofSoda where are you from?

Most here seem to wish Russia success in Ukraine. Probably for the same reason they are against the coronavirus vaccines. And they aren't living close to Russia. Russia's neighbours hate Russia.

Me, I don't really have a side I am supporting. I guess if I had to choose, then it would be the West rolls the Ukraine, Belarus & Russia.. as then we have 200 million more people for the West and for capitalism for our marketplace. One side i like is the Azoz Battalion.

Russia helped Syria & Iran a lot in the war for Syria. That was a long and brutal war with massive casualties, that Syria very nearly lost. Literally Aleppo was taken and fighting was within Damascus. Granted I view it was Iran that did the most help by far, but Russia still was there, and Russia stood down the US at the time with the red lines threats. It gave Syria protection. Syria could lose next time in Syria War 2.0.

Iran is more than strong enough to stand on its own, it is much stronger than Russia.

Thing is after the West gets the Ukraine the pressure is going to move to Belarus and Russia next. For Russia the way for the West to break them is just to push pro-Western Russians to be the successors to Putin. What the West does is just wait for weakness. It might come in a few years or it might be 20 years from now, where there is internal problems in Russia like regions trying to break away. With the West providing money and arms and international support for the breakaway regions.

It also makes internal instability far more likely if would be break away regions know they are going to get big time support. That is why Russia views that the Ukraine not going to the West is in its national security. Even though I think Russia should just give up now and start the process of joining the EU.

It was said in the past few days President Putin authorized 18,000 Syrian fighters to join the fight. Their pay is something like $3,200 USD a month.

That's a king's ransom for a Syrian local. I'm not surprised in the least that there's nearly 20000 of them. The Russian army is using them as urban shock troopers. The question I'm wondering is, how well equipped are they, and how much military support do they get? Are they given weapons, rations, radios, armor, ammo, and air support, or do they have to supply their own gear?

These Syrian, Iranian and Lebanese militia men they are very experienced in urban combat after like 6 years of fighting in Syria. Ya 18,000 is just the first group I imagine coming in, since these countries have a lot of young men they can keep bringing a steady stream of fighters all the time.

Probably Russia & Iran can equip them with whatever they need and they will fall in somehow to the command system the Russians have.

If Muslim fighters can take the casualties on the front lines, then the Russians are probably better at driving in supplies.

The Western media might see this as an opportunity to paint Putin as somebody who is willing to use ISIS terrorists against the West to rally further support against him.

They also know if you get up to like 500,000 Islamic militia men in the Ukraine and Belarus months down the road, that is a real threat to Europe.

If Russia ups their recruiting drive, it's easily foreseeable that puppet states in the Middle East would be ordered to clamp down on their citizens (male, 20s-30s) leaving the country.
