Idk, I am not the most athletic dude, but I can walk at a fast pace for many many kilometers. My personal record was 40 in a day, hilly terrain too. Anyhow for the life of me running has always been my weakness. Idk if I have a heart condition, could be the case because my chest hurts when I run too much, but jesus sometimes I am well too weak. Today I ran like 5km and it was brutal...... The pace was acceptable, 7 minutes / km but still. I am done.

My goal for my body is to get to under 10% body fat, right now I am at 16%, which is OK but shitty for abs.
 
I used to be super fit but then at 10 years old I couldn't be bothered with bullying anymore and stayed inside playing games. haven't been fit ever since.
 
I usually run about that, afterwards I feel tired but not totally exhausted.

I don’t know maybe you have to build up tolerance and do it a bunch? I do it about 5 times a week.

Then again I’m so pissed off most of the time so maybe the pain doesn’t effect me?

That's awful, bullies deserve hell, but don't give that up, doing exercise is good for body and mind, it just feels better. I don't enjoy going to the gym or walking around, but afterwards i notice is just better than it wouldve been staying inside all day

I wouldnt say I was fit but I was still somewhat healthy

Then run with 7:30 per km and only 3km and increase running volume by 10% per week. so 3x3km week 1, then 3x3.3km week2, 3x3.63km etc. Then when you reach 5km add a 4th run with 2km and go up from there increasing weekly volume by 10%. Do all runs easy-moderate. You can dm me if you are still into running and want some guidance
