I want to go out to dates, play sports and go to parks, rotting physically hurts me, too much sitting and walking and too much phone time. Feeling weak, I want to give my body a two day continuous sleep

Same man we ain't suppose to live like this, we live in an insane times, i can't even enjoy rotting anymore like i used to, lifting a bit might help remove the pain, i ain't saying this is the solution like the normies advice "muhh just lift bro" but humans are supposed to stay physically active, this is why it pains us to rot.
