Going outside is pointless for sub 5s. I used to go running, but I'm trying to put on weight now. I rot in my room all day, eat normally and I'm still skinny.

Yeah that’s so effed up, that’s why I don’t torture myself with that shit anymore. I still lift weights occasionally to maintain a less skinny physique but that’s about it.

Actually I kinda got into that whole weightlifting thing even if I started it when I was an redpilled Idiot and thaught this could get me bitches. Well didnt worked but now its great to stop my brain thinkin and givin me the Illusion of progress in my life
