You can only suffer if you still have some kind of a life with an actual value that you care about and there are all these obstructions you are failing to overcome. If your life is already 100% completely over and you know that to be true, then this will no longer be the case. The only suffering can be from extreme physical pain as the physical body remains intact, that's the only good reason to dissolve your body back into atoms and energy. If you're thinking about roping you're still kind of bluepilled.

If you mean literally reproduce that's fairly easily done. There's surrogacy if you want to have your own kid and sperm donation if you want to help other people have kids. If you just mean sex then that's going to be porn, masturbation, sex toys and/or hookers. It depends how much money you're prepared to spend on that shit. What you don't do is spend your life worrying about, it's over and done with. It was over and done with when you were like 14 years old, never began.

That's the difficult one. You'll have to do the thing where you detach your self worth from other peoples opinion of you and give yourself all love/affection you need. If you can do that you're in 'beast or god' mode.
