This psycho was obviously doing this on purpose to cause a big scene and who knows what else, if i was that cop i'd take her phone call as a threat, she had no business doing that while resisting arrest. It shows how this type of people don't fear authority at all, if there was a high chance that he'd turn her head into a salutary bloody red mess until she's either dead or complies she would have obeyed immediately but the weakness of male authority is symptomatic of a feminized world.
