Its only hidden if you are logged out. You could maybe argue that she just logged out to not get found out but then she wouldn't have to cover anything, so I doubt it. She probably just stumbled upon it through reddit or something and just pretended to have an account to make herself sound more legit/having actually put in research.

Hackers? Just make sections of the forum you don't want lurkers reading member access only. That's been brought up before but apparently people here want to make it easier to spread the blackpill by allowing lurkers to view all the discussions on the forum. There's a tradeoff with that and lurkers being able to gawk at what is said here without having to sign up for an account is one of them.

I keep saying this is a good compromise between viewing past discussions, humor and memes between users and keeping the rest for members only like a suscription package (must-read = free trial, other sections = you have to sign up with an account and be approved before you can view) but not many people are willing to enact this.
Then they shouldn't complain when tons of people that aren't incels gawk at their discussions and watch them like a zoo without even having to sign up for an account.
Many of those voyeurs don't want any trace of them being on this site like having had an account even if it's a throwaway.
Making sections like ID and OffTopic member access only would cut down on a lot of such non-incel lurkers.
