So in a teaching job, they could have 100 qualified women apply and 1 man, and they often will hire the male teacher to have a 'male role model' on campus. Even if the other 100 women were qualified.

Nooo we can't allow wahmen to get rejected from jobs, but we need female quotas in STEM so companies have to hire overpaid incompetent roasties and then save money by importing currycels to do the actual work

Those quotas actually serve them : it's a fig-leaf. They discriminate against men (they have the gal to talk about DEI without mentioning the extra scholarships for women etc whose one sidedness is astounding or, as i mentionned, the early failure of boys in school) but they dont want it to reach a critical point.

Btw this is proof how womens "empowerement" is irreconcilable with the wellbeing of men. Any manifestation of women "outperforming" men is immediately transformed into some grand girl power/the future is female emasculating narrative, talk about equality and love between men and women right ? What about women and men being fundamentally different ? The IQ curve proves it, the differences in behavior also do, girls are typically more nerdy since even kindergarten. Again, everything seems designed to throw the non-apex male under the bus, especially if you coat those differences in a feminist narrative. The way i see it, it's feminine characteristics (like being less rowdy etc) being diverted into antagonism against the masculine when it was supposed to complement it.

Of course i mean that ON TOP of the school system being effectively more suited to girls, or the scholarships, or fatherlesness or lack of male teachers etc.

Mra's and stuff are right to point those things out but as always they fall short cause they don't acknowledge the fundamental differences between the sexes and they expose themselves to pointless never ending debates. I do believe that boys/men are simply less suited to school IN GENERAL cause that's just the way we are. The IQ curve is literally the manifestation of this, of how the sexes always worked : men are the geniuses but average men are more rough and ready, physical/rowdy. Women, being less rowdy and physical, logically come in between as their traits are conducive to develop better cognitive abilities. But that's the thing, it's purely COGNITIVE. In a well ordained society, lower IQ men still share something with those high IQ men through their metaphysical nature and don't get discarded just cause women's traits of calm and obedience might give women better cognitive abilities. Postmodernity is a perversion of the metaphysical order : those narratives and stats about women being oh so much smarter and better than men is just pure hubris where feminine virtues like calmness etc get satanically diverted against men.

Men still kicking their asses where it truly counts (hard science, inventions, the extreme high end of the IQ curve etc) annoys and confuse them cause this is a stubborn, persisting expression of men being made in the image of God.
