Ritalin and prozac are what I had assigned due to medical diagnose of what mental disorders I have


They basically kill your appetite so that makes losing fat very easy I could not eat for days.

I still feel hunger for some periods of the day but the meds make it 3x as easy and hunger goes if you don't eat so

I take the meds everyday and it's like monk mode

I can vouch for this. I have ADHD and take 90mg of Ritalin daily, it certainly reduces my appetite and sometimes to the point where I will only eat a few snacks all day. It's very hard to maintain an average weight while on my medication.

Prozac makes you fat, you are cucked if you take either TBH. Adderall is much better.

The appetite suppression effect only lasts a year so take advantage of it while it lasts

Try going outside or somewhere to keep you away from food
And keep walking too for best results to burn hundreds of calories daily
