I was playing the Revenge of the Sith game on Xbox the other day. While the core levels are fairly mid to mediocre, the lightsaber boss fights are great and mog most action boss fights today. It feels like an actual lightsaber fight VS the recent shitty Star Wars dark soul clones games which feel like roll simulators.

In general I miss the style of older games featuring sword combat. Dark Souls works for what it is, but to have every single new game based on sword fighting be based on the core gameplay of constantly playing defensively and rolling around till you see an opening is obnoxious.

Something like Revenge of the Sith and Ninja Gaiden are far superior in my eyes because while still being difficult, (especially ninja Gaiden) they allow you to play offensively if you have the skill to play offensively.

Fight Jedi Knight Jedi Outcast and Academy if you want to see amazing lightsaber combat.

I loved the duels in that game. The Order 66 levels were also great.

Never played it, is the combat better than in TFU ?

Yes. Although TFU is very fun, it does feel overly simplistic. These feel more grounded and similar to a 3d weapon based fighting game such as soulcalibur.

Hell yes, you only play TFU for the AOE force abilities and it being God of War type game and the story is good, however lightsaber combat is typical hack and slash.

Whats an AOE

What makes it the best?
Even touching enemies with your lightsaber will damage them you have three fighting styles light, mid, heavy. You also can use jedi/sith powers at press of a button. You can dodge or jump at any time to avoid damage and usually just 1 hit will kill you or the enemy or if they are lucky they could survive up to 3 those swords are super deadly as they should be, in most Starwars games they use sabers like bats that are at 1% of the battery that's why they don't kill them instantly :feelshaha: With Gore cheats it's even more fun since you can cut parts of the bodies with saber hits

With another cheat you can make them even more deadly against most enemies just single touch without pressing anything just moving saber near them will result in death.

Cucksney doesn’t know how to do good lightsaber fights in game or movies. The sequels were fucking abhorrent, they made it seem like light sabers are 900 pounds as if to send a love letter to OT fans and shit on prequel fans. Prequels did lightsaber fights the best regardless of what you may think of the wooden dialogue. I actually think the shitty dialogue gave Anakin a charm, it made him seem more autistic which is sort of relatable despite him being a giga mogger.
