No treatments work for it. I have been on finasteride 1mg daily for nearly 4 years, it helped my male pattern baldness slow down but my retrograde alopecia is still progressing. I have big thin spots on the sides of my hair that make me look ill. Why the fuck did my subhuman grandfather have to go bald at such a young age and then pass his subhuman genes onto me? it infuriates me at how brutal genetics are. If I got lucky and inherited my dad's hair genes, I wouldn't have to worry about hair loss my entire life. My dad and his brother have thick long hair in their 60s
