Yeah it isn't worth it idk how they do it. Being NT prob helps because when you are non-NT you think about things a lot which takes up a lot of your energy already.
I would say its worth it if you can earn a long term relationship, but like you mentioned not sure if that can work if you aren't NT.
I only skipped around in the video, but him trying to explain people calling him ugly by the fact that it's designed to hurt someone was laughable lol. Of course, people call people ugly to hurt their feelings and they also say it because you're ugly. It's not one or the other.

Curries betabuxxing in western countries is a recipe for disaster because others won't hesitate to try and steal their woman away from them because of the lack of respect curries have to start with and the lack of respect people have for relationship boundaries overall these days.
With a long term relationship that is more of a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship that lasts a few years it might be worth it if after that you can still get another woman. That's the pattern NT normies have settled in anyway.
I just went through the comments and it seems to be a mix of redpilled and blackpilled incels with gloating normies and foids mixed in.
