I might make one this month. I'm trying out some supplements atm and will try albuterol soon, to see if they have any effect. I was going to try Synephrine, which is a legal ephedrine, but my postal office cucked me (I think I'm on some sort of list for packages to always open now after trying to buy some beta-carotene months ago, fuck my country).

I have the diet part (this is the most important part by far) and exercise part down 100%, but trying to see if there's some extra stuff to boost it even further.

The only good fat loss "supplement" I've tried is DNP, but I wouldn't recommend that to anyone and clen was decent, but sides were terrible. I've heard albuterol is a more safe and clean clen. so that's what I am going to find out. Ephedrine is also really good. Used it many many years ago when it was readily available, but now most of it is fake shit, so not worth getting.

i have one tip:

dont eat at night and skip breakfast

if u feel hungry before u sleep, u will wake up not feeling hungry

i can eat at 8pm dinner, feel hungry at midnight, fall asleep, and then go until 4pm the next day without feeling hungry

But falling asleep if you're really hungry can be quite hard. If he is dieting correctly, he shouldn't feel much hunger at all until he is really low body fat.

Most people can't stay awake until their body is forced to fall asleep. If you need to go to sleep early to wake up for workcel life, then you don't want to be hungry when you try to sleep.

Jon Venus has a fat loss series on youtube (You should check it out)

Just don't be afraid of Carbs :)Carbs are only turned into fat under a caloric surplus and all of your glycogen stores must be full. The process that starts the conversion is called de novo lipogenesis and even this process burns energy. Eat satiating food, build muscle without dirty bulking and then cut. (Otherwise you'll just end up as skinnyfat.

I only know the theoretical aspects of diet bcs I'm a lazy depressed piece of shit and underweight

I tried albuterol for a couple weeks. my cycle was 3x4mg a day, 3 days on 1 day off to refresh beta receptors.I didn't really get any results other than mild chest pain for 2 months following the cycle. I legit thought I damaged my heart.

In english pl0x? I didn't understand a word you said there. What's "cutting"? Dirty bulking? Satiating?

See this is why I can never get into working out, these terms require years of research to even comprehend.

Put yourself on a stable, healthy diet.

Satiating means to satisfy to the fullest. I don't know what the other terms mean though.

Eat less calories than you're burning. That's literally it.

I recommend doing keto to alleviate hunger problems, but honestly if you ate 1000 calories of chocolate a day, and nothing else while burning 2000 calories, you'd still lose the same weight as someone who ate 1000 calories of chicken and vegetables.

It raises your heart rate. It should increase your calories burned daily by a small amount, but it should be enough to make a difference if you burn a lot of calories. It has a short half life, so you'd time it with physical exercise to get the most out of it. If you use it in time for a good workout, it should give a nice extra boost. I'll probably use 20mg a day.

I've used clen before and it definitely made me burn more fat. It also made my muscles look harder and more lean. Clen is probably not worth it without T3 medication, as it's quite bad for your heart.

Let me know if it works for you.

I've never seen a complete guide anywhere. But damn would one be a good idea.

Edit: Misread the title as A guide to looksmaxxing.

I'll definitely do that.

I'll be using it together with 900mg of EGCG (green tea extract) and 1mg of Chromium (for blood sugar control). I'll probably compare it to Ephedrine and Clen, as I've used both in the past. My favorite being ephedrine, by far.

Satiating is a normal english word
https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bulking

While we at it, what will make me lose fat better? Cardio exercise or weight lifting and building up muscle?

You actually can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time if you're a beginner to working out, especially if you're overweight. It doesn't work past the noob phase. When you're losing weight and working out, you're also increase muscle nuclei, which decides how much your muscles can grow in a time span (not enough nuclei and your muscles won't grow), so when you start working out in a calorie surplus, you'll gain muscle much faster than you would normally (also since you're starting at a higher strength).

I completely agree with you I just used the first definition from google to explain the concept of cutting to him :D I only found emo definitions on urbandictionary
