62 year old Mohel Gabriel Assouline, who was performing more than half of jewish circumcisions in the Paris area, totaling around 9,000 to 10,000 circumcision in the last 30 years has been found guilty of "rape" by a french court in May 2023.
I know what you might be thinking, that they caught him sucking on the baby's dick and giving it herpes like this has been often the case.
But no, this is perfectly legal...
What happened is that after having snipped off the tip of the baby's dick he would approach its mother in order to perform an "Exam".
He would touch/massage her breasts "to see if they were producing enough milk for the baby". At times he would also insert his finger in the foids vagina to check her uterus
That's what he got 7 years for, snipping of baby boys dick and giving them a blowjob remains legal.
