This is less i-hate-foid talk and more commie talk, as what you said can apply to a lot of men (although to be fair I think women are probably overrepresented by like 2 times in those "little effort, high pay" jobs).

In some cases this does apply to men, in the entertainment industry for example, but generally the amount of responsibilities and overall work men have in those positions are much more.
