Usually you are going to want to focus on Looks and Money first, mostly money because now with the right knowledge money can buy some added looks. 

Get yourself a decent lifestyle, your own place, a car, amenities and some level of disposable income. 

Plan and save for a few surgeries; important to not get carried away, you only need to be a 6/10 in most cases unless you are suffering from manletism, being a framecel or nerdicism being 7+ is superfluous.

Using your money and looks outside of the basement will eventually lead to status 

but if not consider fake social media followers, dating popular women, being seen in popular areas, most of all just increase your visibility.

It's a long process, and it will never get started if you just NEET, slink to the gym under cover of darkness and take photos in your basement

you also get independence through all of this which is another big problem most incels have. they feel like they 'need' a gf or some other low t nonsense meanwhile they live with their parents
