For starters, stem cells don't survive very long outside the body at room temperature, so the stem cells are dead long before the customer even gets the product. But even if they were alive, there is zero evidence that applying foreign stem cells topically would have any benefits. Also your immune system would probably get rid of foreign stem cells anyway. I know some people think they (foreign MSCs in general) have benefits but even if they did, these MSCs have to be stored in a very specific way with liquid nitrogen and a cryoprotectant. And once you unfreeze them, they're only viable for a couple of hours. I remember Bryan Johnson talking about this because he went to get swedish bone marrow MSCs injected into his joints and he said if he was late to get there, the stem cells would no longer be viable. But again, even if they're preserved perfectly and injected directly into the body, there's no evidence it would have any benefits.
