I am writing to address two instances of moderation that I believe were handled inconsistently and unfairly.
First Incident: During a disagreement with another user who insulted my status. I echoed their motive (catching the plane), Moderator @Ryo_Hazuki issued me a 60% warning. Additionally, the same moderator publicly disclosed details of previous private warning in a thread, which I view as unprofessional and retaliatory. Though my ban (linked to the 60% warning) has now expired, the warning points remain active until March , creating a mismatch between the punishment’s duration and its stated severity.
Second Incident: A separate user recently revived a year-old image from my post history to falsely portray me. While I had engaged in light-hearted back and forth prior to this , the post was misrepresented to frame me unfairly he also was being lookist. Initially, the user was banned for this behavior, but moderators reversed the decision and instead penalized me retroactively, citing my old post as justification. My subsequent unban appears tied to procedural technicalities rather than a genuine review of the situation.
These actions suggest a pattern of disproportionate enforcement, misuse of outdated content, and inconsistent application of consequences.
